ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

 
  • All cancellations or changes must be sent to GRUPO PACÍFICO in writing (fax or e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • Cancellations received up to March 17th 2022: full refund less 50€ for administrative costs.
  • Cancellations received up to April 1st 2022: refund of 50% of hotel stay.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations received after April 2nd  2022  
  • In case of “no show” hotel will cancel the room automatically next morning at 9:00h, and no refund will apply for participants who fail to attend.
